RETURN POLICY

Any online purchase made from Home Lighting Center is returnable within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of clearance items.

To return an item simply follow these 4 steps:

1. Call us at (888) 467-0789 or e-mail us at returns@homelightingcenter.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number (we will not accept any item without it).
2. Write the RMA number on the box.
3. Complete the downloadable RMA form (click here for PDF form) and include it in the box.
4. Ship it back to us freight prepaid (we will not accept any item unless you pay the returned freight).

We will issue a credit once we receive the merchandise and inspect it. Please allow 10-15 days to process your credit and 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For freight returns a $99 pick-up fee will be deducted from your return once the credit is processed.
Returns made without a RMA number will not be accepted nor given credit. Also, to be accepted and/or given credit it must be in the original box with the original packing.

Installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will not be accepted.

OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY

Should your item arrive defective or anything harmful happened to it while in transit to you, please contact us at (888) 467-0789 or e-mail customerservice@HomeLightingCenter.com within 30 days for a replacement item. We will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the damaged product back to us. No returns made without an RMA number and in the original box with the original packing will be accepted and/or given credit. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the pre-printed return address form that will be e-mailed to you. Once completed pack it with your order and affix the address lable to the box. And, include a copy of your e-mailed invoice in your return box. After your call, we will ship you a new replacement product and charge you for the product and shipping. You will be issued a refund on your original merchandise and shipping after we receive and inspect your returned product.
