SHIPPING POLICY

Home Lighting Center offers FREE STANDARD UPS GROUND SHIPPING on minimum orders of $49.00 and on select items to any lower 48 states (except Hawaii or Alaska). Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-467-0789 for estimated shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside the United States. Any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees or custom’s fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

High priority (next day, 2-day, 3-day) - shipping is also available for an additional charge. For shipping quotes please contact a Home Lighting professional at (888) 467-0789. Since Home Lighting Center has agreements with most of our manufacturers to ship from their facility we have limited ability to influence how long it will take to leave. So, any lead times must factor this issue into the transit time and hence there is no guarantee as to when any product will arrive.

Although we will always make every attempt to ship your purchase in the most economical manner often times, depending on the item, our experience with breakage will require us to ship an alternate method.

If the item is shipped by common carrier the purchaser is responsible for the item to be taken off of the carrier’s truck. Common carrier delivers are generally made Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

No Express delivery orders can be shipped to PO boxes.

BASIC DELIVERY INFORMATION

Although we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible often times delivery can take from up to 14 business days depending on where you live.

ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

If you are placing an international order please do so online. We will then contact our you by way of e-mail with shipping information. Or you may contact us at (888) 467-0789. When e-mailing us at customerservice@HomeLightingCenter.com include your name, shipping address, daytime phone number and the items you would like a shipping quote for. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm (Eastern Time).
As our policy states our free shipping applies only to shipments made in the continental 48 states.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

In order to track the status of your order please visit our Order Status page. All you have to do is enter the order number that was sent in your order confirmation e-mail and then click the search button to view your information. Please note that larger item may be sent by a freight shipping company so you should allow twenty-four hours (business day) for a reply.

Unless otherwise requested your order will be shipped via UPS ground. So, it can be tracked via the UPS site at www.ups.com.
