We reserve the right to correct any data or omissions without notice. Home Lighting Center is not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Web Site or any of its’ contents. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may reflect any inaccuracies or omissions regardless of whether the order or credit card payment has be accepted, confirmed or processed. Further, although we believe this Web Site is free from viruses the user indemnifies Home Lighting Center from any viruses or harmful components.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Most items ship within 24 hours of being purchased. So if you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us at (888) 467-0789 immediately.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally our inventory is sold out of a specific item, and our manufacturers are as well. If this is the case we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible informing you of this case. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Home Lighting Center accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or a personal check. In the case where the customer pays with a personal check and wants to return the item within the terms of this web site, Home Lighting Center will refund any monies once the customer’s check has cleared.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to purchases made in the state of Ohio.

PRICING

Home Lighting Center’s pricing is subject to change without notice. Our 120% price guarantee is subject to the following criteria:

1. The product must be new and identical (the same size, finish, crystal trim and manufacturer) to the item purchased from Home Lighting Center.
2. The product price must be verifiable and sold by an authorized on-line dealer of a manufacturer. This guarantee does not apply to product sold in a traditional store or showroom.
3. You have 7 days after placing the order to notify us of a lower price. We will then gladly issue a credit for the difference.
4. This does not apply to the following brands: Schonbek, Fine Art Lamps, Casablanca, Craftmade, Emerson, Minka Aire and Monte Carlo. We will however gladly match those prices.
5. Due to Unilateral Minimum Advertised Pricing (UMAP) and Unilateral Minimum Retail Pricing (UMRP) policies, set by our manufacturers, we may not be able to sell certain products below the pricing levels they set.

WARRANTIES

Every item purchased from this web site is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Unless otherwise stated the warranty period is 1 year from date of purchase. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-467-0789 if a product you have purchased is deemed defective. We will be happy to assist you in your claim.

120% LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

Should you find the identical item (with the same options) for sale by a competitor we will match the price plus refund to you 20% of he price difference with the exception of the following brands: Schonbek, Fine Art Lamps, Casablanca, Craftmade, Emerson, Minka Aire and Monte Carlo. This policy pertains only to factory firsts and you must present either a written quote or a published page. Further, Home Lighting Center hereby reserves the right to limit quantities and beat the price. When the 20% is calculated the sales tax and shipping costs will not be calculated. This policy does not apply to dealers.
